Ballast Point

Located in the southern portion of Bayshore Boulevard, Ballast Point is conveniently located close to the Macdill Airforce Base. This neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic comprised of historic homes and new construction. Ballast Point park has recently been renovated and now includes a great playground area and a water park perfect for birthday parties. The Ballast Point pier is ideal for a serene stroll.

Bayshore Beautiful

Bayshore Beautiful boundaries are El Prado Boulevard to the north, Virginia Park to the west, Ballast Point to the southeast, Sun Bay South to the southwest, and Bayshore Boulevard to the east. Between Bayview and Wallcraft Aves. on MacDill Ave. there is a small district of bars, cafes and shops. This neighborhood is steps away from Bayshore Boulevard, the perfect spot for a long walk, run or bike ride.

Beach Park/Sunset Park

Beach Park is an established neighborhood showcasing an even mix of older homes and new construction surrounded by mature landscaping and oversized lots. This neighborhood is conveniently located within a short drive to Tampa International Airport, Westshore Plaza, and International Plaza. Beach Park’s boundaries are Kennedy Blvd. to the north, Beachway Drive to the south, Tampa Bay to the west, and Lois Avenue to the east.

Brandon

Brandon’s population substantially grew in the 1980’s. The first Beef O Brady’s was started in this community. HCC also has a campus in Brandon. Brandon’s census boundaries include Interstate 75 to the west, Valrico to the east, Riverview to the south, and Seffner to the north. The zip codes that serve the area are 33509 (P.O. Station), 33510, and 33511. Carrollwood Carrollwood boundaries include Lake Magdalene to the north, Tampa to the east, Egypt Lake to the south, and Carrollwood Village to the west. Some of the major roads serving the community are Dale Mabry Highway, Busch Boulevard, and Fletcher Avenue. Florida Hospital is located in Carrollwood.

Davis Island

Davis Island was built upon two man-made islands atop two small natural islands. Many of the original Mediterranean-style structures are still standing and have received national Historic Designation, as well as local protections. Buildings of note include the Palace of Florence and Mirasol. Today Davis Island is a mix of residential and retail areas. It is home to to Peter O. Knight Airport and Davis Island Yacht Club, Davis Island is an eclectic area that includes a business district home to restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops in a tranquil sidewalk setting. The area is also very pet-friendly due to the pedestrian nature of the island.

Palma Ceia

Palma Ceia is a neighborhood located southwest of downtown Tampa. Palma Ceia is home to the appropriately named Palma Ceia Country Club and also located adjacent to the exclusive Golfview community. This neighborhood is within the district of Henry B. Plant High School. Aesthetically it is most known for its bricked streets, akin to those in Ybor City.

Virginia Park

Virginia Park is steps away from Plant High School. This neighborhood also includes a number of parks for the neighborhood kids to get together and play. Most of the streets are lined with sidewalks and large trees. Virginia Park boundaries are Dale Mabry Highway/Himes Ave. to the east, Manhattan Avenue to the west, Euclid Avenue to the south, and Palmira Avenue/Bay to Bay Boulevard to the north.

Hyde Park

Hyde Park is a historic neighborhood and district located within the city limits of Tampa. It includes Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park Village and SoHo. The ZIP code for the district is 33606. Hyde Park includes many historic homes and bungalows. It is located adjacent to the University of Tampa and Downtown, and is home to many shopping and dining establishments, including the open air shopping promenade of Hyde Park Village which contains many local boutiques, restaurants and cafes.

Tampa Palms/New Tampa

New Tampa is bounded by Lutz to the west, Wesley Chapel to the north, Morris Bridge Road (near Thonotosassa) to the east, and the University of South Florida to the south. The area has seen extraordinary growth in the past few years and is complete with medical offices, homes, shops, churches, recreational facilities, schools and dining facilities.

Westchase

Westchase is located halfway between Tampa and Clearwater. Its boundaries include Oldsmar to the west, Keystone to the north, Town ‘n’ Country to the south and Citrus Park to the east. Westchase Golf Course is a major recreational amenity for the community and the course is also open to the public. Tampa Bay Downs Horse Racetrack is located on the area’s western edge. Westchase is known for its highly-rated schools, dining, and shopping options all within the vast subdivision.

Anna Maria Island

Located just south of Tampa Bay, Anna Maria Island has nearly 8 miles of stunning white sandy beaches. The island’s winding streets are lined with a mixture of historic and modern homes and buildings. Anna Maria Island has its own unique charm that draws in boaters, fisherman, and beachgoers from all over.

Clearwater Beach

From the bay to the Gulf, Clearwater Beach has endless activities for fun in the sun. Clearwater Beach has some of the best dining, shopping, and live entertainment in the Bay area. Snell Isle

Snell Isle is a unique upscale neighborhood located in St. Petersburg. Snell Isle was developed in the 1920’s and the area quickly included some of the most enviable addresses in the Tampa Bay area. Snell Isle is mostly surrounded by water and is a highly sought after neighborhood with its Mediterranean style architecture, historical buildings, and beautiful public parks.

Coffee Pot

In the old Northeast of St. petersburg lies a hidden gem called Coffee Pot. When the cooler winter months turn the Gulf waters colder, manatees become an everyday sighting in the warmer shallow waters of Coffee Pot Bayou. Coffee Pot has picturesque waterfront views and well-lit paths that are safe for locals and visitors to enjoy.
